Manage Your E-Mail

The "Company Information" screen also has three sub-buttons beneath the Menu Bar buttons, which we have circled below. Use "Change Password" to change your login password for the Manager’s Console. We will not cover the "The Domain Registration" area in the tutorial.

Please click on "Email Forwards" in your browser screen now.

Email Forwarding

Email forwarding allows your company to have multiple email addresses, each with its own function and link on your website, but all forwarded to one or more email address of your choice. It is the perfect tool for the small business owner to seamlessly and conveniently manage all contacts. You can have email links on your website for important functions such as Customer Service, Technical Support, Contact Us, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Vendor Relations, even for Human Resources, all without having to keep track of several email addresses. And to ensure a professional and seamless operation for your contacts, your responses will appear to have been sent from the address on your website.

If you have not yet activated your website with us, you will not see the entire display in the image below.

Notice the magnified “User” field above. Here you can enter what you want your website to read as an email address for a particular function, such as “Customer Care”, or “Contact Us”. The system will automatically put your website domain name after the “@” symbol. In the field directly to the right where it says, “Forward”, enter the email address where you want all emails for this address to be forwarded. Prosperity Sites does not provide your business with an email address, but you can forward all your website contacts to any address you wish. Again, regardless of where you forward them to, your responses will appear to come from the address on your website.
